The Morro Bay Downtown Waterfront Strategic Plan aims to connect and enhance Morro Bay’s downtown and waterfront areas and provide a more uniform feel to each district. The Strategic Plan summarizes the outcomes of a community-based visioning process and will catalyze change in downtown and along the waterfront by identifying priorities for public spending and projects needed to improve the community.
